Yo quiero irme de esta tierra un día sabiendo que no tengo nada que perder pero todo que ganar porque mi tesoro esta en el cielo.
Ayer recordaba cómo me dolió salir de california y dejar a tantas cosas que amaba sin saber que las iba a volver a ver. Deje a padre, hermanos, iglesia y a mis hermanos y hermanas en Cristo. Llore porque yo no sabia si los iba a volver a ver o que iba a pasar con ellos.
Mientras recuerdo esta memoria pienso que un día vamos a dejar todo en este mundo. Un dia vamos a decirle adios a este mundo y todo lo que tenemos aquí. Sin embargo, yo no quiero estar triste en ese día. Yo quiero irme gozoso. No como alguien que esta dejando todo, si no como alguien que esta obteniendo todo al otro lado. Yo quiero estar emocionado que voy a ir a ver todo lo que más amo. Voy a ir a ver a mi señor, voy a dejar todo lo que me hizo daño y voy a estar con todo lo que yo mas quiero. Yo quiero irme contento sabiendo que lo di todo por Dios y que mi mayor tesoro esta en la eternidad.

Quiero estar allí, aleluya, apoyándome en mi barra, al final del camino. Quiero quitarme el casco y ponerlo junto a la orilla del mar; arrodillarme en la orilla, y meter la vieja espada en la vaina de la eternidad, y levantar mis manos y gritar. Y sé que a medida que avanzo por el valle de la sombra de la muerte, la Estrella de la Mañana saldrá a alumbrar el camino. El Espíritu Santo extenderá Sus alas brillantes sobre ese terrible y fangoso Jordán, y llevará nuestras almas cansadas a una tierra mejor. Sí señor.
I want to leave this earth one day knowing that I have nothing to lose but everything to gain because my treasure is in heaven.
Yesterday I remembered how it hurt me to leave California and leave so many things I loved without knowing that I would see them again. Leave father, brothers, church and my brothers and sisters in Christ. I cried because I didn't know if I was going to see them again or what was going to happen to them.
As I remember this memory I think that one day we will leave everything in this world. One day we will say goodbye to this world and everything we have here. However, I don't want to be sad on that day. I want to leave joyful. Not as someone who is leaving everything, but as someone who is obtaining everything on the other side. I want to be excited that I am going to see everything I love the most. I am going to see my lord, I am going to leave everything that hurt me and I am going to be with everything that I love the most. I want to leave happy knowing that I gave my all for God and that my greatest treasure is in eternity.
